The 3 AI jobs a local business should automate first (and the one to ignore)
Most owners buy an AI tool, get a dashboard, and go back to answering the phone themselves.
That's not a software problem. It's a job problem.
If you run a shop, clinic, gym, or a one-person company, there are only three jobs worth giving to an agent in month one:
Missed calls. After hours and during jobs. If the phone dies, the booking dies.
Inbox DMs. Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook. Same 8 questions on loop. An agent can close those without you.
Bookings. Confirm, reschedule, remind. This is where no-shows eat the week.
The one to ignore: content generation. A blog nobody reads will not pay rent. A missed call will.
Rule I use: if a stranger can do the task from a one-page script, an agent can do it. If it needs your judgment, keep it.
Start with one job. Measure it for 14 days. Then add the second.
