Free 15-min audit — where are your leads falling through?

Hey — I'm running free 15-minute audits this week for a couple of businesses.

I'll look at where leads are getting lost and what a quick automation fix would look like — no cost, no pitch.

If you're losing leads to slow follow-up, this is worth the 15 minutes.

I'm running free response-time audits this month for contractors bidding commercial work — no pitch, no retainer. You get a report on where your leads are actually going and a plan to fix it.

Drop a comment or DM "AUDIT" and I'll send the link.

The 90-second rule that's costing home service companies 6-figure contracts

Ran the numbers across a handful of $2M-$10M home service companies last quarter. The pattern was the same everywhere: it's not lead volume that's killing their commercial pipeline. It's response time.

Companies that called back a commercial lead in under 90 seconds closed at nearly 4x the rate of ones that waited even 10 minutes. Most owners think their close rate problem is a sales problem. It's actually a speed problem — by the time they call back, the facilities manager or GC has already gotten 2 other bids.

A few things that actually move the needle if you're trying to break into bigger commercial work:

  1. Automate the first touch. A text within 90 seconds of an inbound lead beats a perfect voicemail 20 minutes later. Every time.

  2. Stop treating residential and commercial leads the same. Commercial buyers evaluate differently — they want proof of scale (route density, fleet size, past commercial jobs), not just reviews.

  3. Short-form video is doing more for trust than your website ever will. A 30-second clip of your crew on a real job site converts better than a polished commercial for this buyer.

We built our whole model at Exclusive Media around fixing #1 specifically — most agencies chase impressions, we chase seconds. Happy to break down the speed-to-lead setup for anyone building toward bigger contracts this year.
