Why I stopped picking AI models by hand
I used to keep five tabs open — ChatGPT for writing, Claude for reasoning-heavy stuff, Gemini for anything with a Google integration, plus a coding model and an image generator. Every task started with the same annoying question: "which one is actually best at this?"
That friction is the real reason most people underuse AI. Not cost. Not capability. Just decision fatigue before you even start typing.
So I built Ai HUB around one idea: the model choice should be the software's job by default, not yours — but you're never locked in. You write what you want, Autopilot figures out which model and tools handle it best, runs the steps in order, checks its own output, and gives you the finished thing. Prefer control? Switch to Manual and pick the exact model yourself.
A few things I learned building this:
Most "best model" debates are task-specific, not universal. Routing beats picking a favorite.
Verification matters more than people think — a fast wrong answer is worse than a slightly slower correct one.
Pricing has to match usage patterns, not just be one flat number. Students, casual users, working professionals, and heavy/enterprise users all hit the system completely differently.
If you're tired of being your own AI traffic controller (or want the option to take the wheel yourself), that's exactly the problem we're solving. Happy to answer questions on how the routing/verification logic works.
