48% of leads go to whoever responds first — here's how I fixed that with 3 prompts

I've been handling leads for small businesses for a while now, and the pattern is always the same: half of lost sales aren't lost on price or product — they're lost on response time.

Here are 3 concrete things anyone can copy-paste into ChatGPT or Claude today, no setup required:

1. The "cold lead follow-up" prompt

Give the AI the lead's name, what they asked about, and how long it's been since they heard back. Ask it to draft 3 versions of a follow-up message (short, medium, with an offer). Result: you respond in 2 minutes instead of 2 hours, with a natural tone.

2. The "conversation summary" prompt

Paste the full history of a customer exchange (email or text) and ask for a 3-point summary + the recommended next action. Useful before a call when you've got 40 open conversations.

3. The "objection killer" prompt

Give the AI the 5 objections you hear most often (price, timing, "let me think about it", etc.) and ask for a short, non-pushy response to each. Keep it in your notes and pull from it in real time.

The real leverage here isn't the AI itself — it's never leaving a lead without a response for hours just because you were busy. That's what separates a small business that stalls from one that grows.

I put these prompts (plus about 30 more, along with plain-English automation guides) into a kit — "AI Leverage — The AI Operator Kit". Code LAUNCH20 for 20% off if you're interested.
