If they do not know what to open first, they will not use it
Most digital products fail in the first 10 minutes after payment. The file downloads. There is a folder of PDFs. The buyer has no idea which tab to open. They close it and tell themselves they will start this weekend. They do not.
The mistake is treating delivery as a dump. You built the thing. You did not design the first action.
Do this before you add another page:
Open your product as if you paid 20 minutes ago and know nothing.
Put one sentence at the top of the first file: Start here. Do this next.
Make that next step take under 10 minutes and produce something they can see, like a filled template, a posted caption, or a named offer.
Hide or delay everything else until that step is done.
If you cannot name the first action, the product is a library, not an offer. Libraries get bookmarked. Offers get used.
What is the first thing a buyer should do in the 10 minutes after they pay you?
