The first DM should be 4 lines. Most people send 14.

Most outreach dies in message one because it tries to do three jobs: prove you are smart, explain the offer, and close.

That is a landing page. A DM is a knock.

The version that gets replies:

  • One specific thing you noticed

  • One question

  • No link

Example:

"Saw you posting daily about [offer]. Are you writing those DMs from scratch or using a swipe file?"

If they answer, then you earn the pitch. If they do not, you did not burn the lead with a PDF dump.

I keep a short prompt pack for listings, ads, and that first DM — copy, paste, send. If you want it, it is $27 one-time.
