5 ChatGPT Prompts That Actually Save You Hours (Not Generic Garbage)
Most AI prompt lists are useless. "Write me a blog post" isn't a prompt — it's a wish.
Here are 5 prompts I use daily that actually produce results you can use immediately:
---
1. The "Steal My Voice" Prompt
Analyze these 3 examples of my writing: [paste examples]. Identify my tone, sentence structure, vocabulary patterns, and personality. Then write a [type of content] about [topic] matching my exact voice.
This alone saves me 2+ hours per week on content.
2. The "Devil's Advocate" Prompt
I'm about to [decision]. Play devil's advocate. Give me the 5 strongest arguments against this decision, then rate each from 1-10 on how likely it is to actually be a problem. Be brutally honest.
Better than asking 10 friends for advice.
3. The "Email That Gets Replies" Prompt
Write a cold outreach email to [person/role] at [type of company]. The goal is [specific outcome]. Use the PAS framework (Problem → Agitate → Solution). Keep it under 100 words. No fluff, no "I hope this email finds you well."
My response rate went from 3% to 12% with this.
4. The "Content Multiplier" Prompt
Take this [blog post/video script/podcast transcript] and turn it into: 5 tweets, 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 email newsletter intro, and 3 Instagram caption ideas. Match the original tone. Each piece should stand alone without needing the original context.
One piece of content → 11 pieces in 5 minutes.
5. The "SOPs on Autopilot" Prompt
I'm going to describe a process I do regularly. Ask me questions one at a time until you fully understand it, then create a detailed step-by-step SOP that someone with zero context could follow. Include common mistakes and how to avoid them.
This is how I document everything in my business now.

These are just 5 out of the 500+ prompts in the AI Prompt Vault. Every prompt is tested, organized by category, and built for real business use — not filler.
