What is inside
One row per step, each with its video: pick a local niche and score it, price a setup and a monthly care plan, write a one page pitch, reach your first client, set it up for them, and choose which of our templates fits the client. Three worksheets (niche scores, a price calculator and an outreach tracker) come as a separate .xlsx file you fill in.

Every price that is not ours is labeled market pricing, with its source and the date it was read.
