Eight real n8n executions ship with it, including two it got wrong. Read them before you buy.

What it does

Post an email to it, sender, subject and body, and it returns a category and a status. Classification runs on a local Ollama model on your own machine, so there is no API bill and nothing leaves your network. If a required field is missing it returns a structured error naming the field instead of crashing the run.

What you get

One n8n workflow file you import in a click. A setup guide, about ten minutes. And eight complete saved executions from a live workflow on n8n 2.35.7 against a local qwen3:4b-instruct, exactly as n8n recorded them: six ordinary emails, and two sent deliberately broken to show what a bad payload does.

Two of the eight are wrong, and they are still in there

Run 4 is an invitation to speak at a meetup, and run 6 just says “quick question” and “hi”. Both came back Support; Other was right. A small model on a four way choice with little to go on leans towards Support. It stays in because a proof set with only successes in it proves the thing was never tested.

What it does not do

It does not connect to Gmail, a CRM or Slack, and sends nothing anywhere. It answers with a category and you wire that to whatever you use. It needs Ollama installed and running; there is no paid API option. It has been tested against the eight payloads in the folder, not a live inbox.
