A Telegram bot that answers your customers from notes you write, and never makes anything up.

You write four or five lines of facts: what you sell, where you ship, delivery, returns. The bot answers from those lines and nothing else. Ask it something your notes do not cover and it does not guess, it sends a sentence you wrote and stops.

It remembers the conversation. Ask a follow up like “and is that the tracked one?” and it knows what you meant, because the last ten turns go to the model with every message. There is no database to set up. n8n stores it.

It ships with its proof. Six real n8n executions are in the download, every node’s input and output exactly as they ran. The README also shows the one question the previous default model got wrong, and why.

What you need. n8n self hosted, tested on 2.35.7. A free bot token from @BotFather. An AI model, and a free local one through Ollama is what this was built on. No AI subscription is required.

What it does not do. It does not hand a conversation to a person. When it cannot answer, the customer gets your holding sentence and nobody is told. Text messages only. It cannot message a customer first, because Telegram allows that for nobody. It only knows your notes, not your shop or your orders.

If you need the handoff, the full version alerts you with the whole conversation, goes quiet on that chat so it never talks over you, and hands it back with /resume. It is $15, and the link is in your download.
