You answer the same four questions at 11pm: delivery, returns, stock, opening hours. This n8n workflow answers them from notes you write, and only from those notes. The moment a message should be a person’s, it stops. The customer gets a sentence you wrote. You get the whole conversation. The bot then goes quiet on that chat, so it never talks over you. Send /resume with the chat id and it picks the chat up again.

Setup takes about 10 minutes. One Settings node holds all 14 fields. You need self hosted n8n, a free bot token from BotFather, and an AI model. A free local model through Ollama is what this was tested on. No AI subscription needed.

What it does not do: no payments, no bookings, text messages only. It cannot message a customer first, because Telegram does not allow that for anyone. It does not notice when you reply by hand, so you end a handoff with /resume.
