A 7-day experiential journey into desire, expansion, sensation, pleasure, play, self-connection and receiving.

Through awareness, somatic practices, guided movement, dance, breathwork and expansive questions, you’ll explore what makes you come alive — and what becomes possible when you stop interrupting it.

This is not about becoming a better version of yourself. It is an invitation to perceive more, feel more, receive more and discover what becomes available when you meet yourself and life with greater awareness.

Follow what makes you come alive. Let yourself be turned on by life.

Discover what floats your boat and how to make love with life!
