How it works:

1. Diagnose. Answer six questions from memory or use real numbers from your journal or platform history. Identify your costliest of five habits (kill-switch override, revenge trading, overtrading, stop widening, off-plan entries), its cost over the last 30 days, and the gain needed just to recover it.

2. Lock one rule. Set one mechanical, numbered rule against that habit while calm, with setup instructions for Tradovate, NinjaTrader or TopstepX.

3. Check it. Answer one 30-second question after each session for 14 days. Your Day 14 report shows how often the rule held.

During each session, the Risk Firewall tracks your daily loss limit in R and dollars: one tap per trade, a near-limit warning, and a clear “session over” at the limit.

Procedural lock: AlphaEngine can’t place or block trades. Your platform’s lockout does the blocking; AlphaEngine measures whether the rule held.
