Most project-design material is a long theoretical manual you read once. This toolkit is the opposite: nine practical matrices you fill in, in order, plus one fully worked fictional project so you see a finished version before starting your own.
Start with a problem tree separating causes from symptoms, mirror it into an objective tree, map who holds power and interest, write a one-page charter. Then register risks with likelihood x impact scoring, define indicators with baselines and targets, lay out a phased timeline against a budget, and finish with a weighted viability checklist producing a go/no-go score.
Every matrix is plain Markdown, so it copies cleanly into Sheets, Excel, Airtable or Notion. English and Spanish editions complete and structurally identical, each written natively.
What this is not: not software – no application or dashboard, these are documents you fill in. Not a spreadsheet pack (v1 is Markdown). Not tied to any institution’s methodology – original synthesis of general practice. Not a funding guarantee.
