Most small businesses don't have a marketing problem. They have a focus problem.
I keep seeing the same pattern.
A shop owner posts three times a week, boosts a random photo, asks a cousin to "share it," then decides marketing doesn't work.
That's not marketing. That's noise.
Customers come from one clear offer, one place you show up every day, and a simple next step. A phone number. A booking link. A "reply YES."
If you can't say in one sentence who you help and what they should do next, ads will just burn money faster.
Write the sentence first. Then pick the channel. Then repeat it until people are tired of seeing it — that's usually right when it starts working.
