This is an 8-week structured private development program designed to deliver measurable performance improvement.
The program includes one 60-minute individualized training session per week, built around the specific development priorities identified during consultation. Each session is position-aware, technically focused, and structured to improve execution, decision-making speed, and overall match performance.
In addition to on-field training, the program includes complimentary access to a comprehensive Player Development Course.
The course covers:
• Performance nutrition fundamentals
• Sleep and recovery optimization
• Competitive psychology and mental preparation
• Targeted modules addressing commonly overlooked performance gaps
