The reason most no-code SaaS ideas die (and how to not be that founder)
Most non-technical founders don't fail because they picked the wrong AI builder.
They fail because they treat "building the app" as the product.
The app is not the product. A paying customer with a painful, repeating problem is the product. The app is just the delivery vehicle.
Here's the sequence I make every student run before they write a single prompt:
Name one person who already pays for a messy version of this (spreadsheets, VAs, agencies, a bloated tool they hate).
Charge for the outcome before the app exists. A $50 "I'll solve this for you" is a better test than 40 hours in an AI builder.
Only then automate the parts you just did by hand.
If you skip step 2, you will ship a beautiful empty product.
If you want the full build-launch-sell system I use with non-technical founders, App Academy is live.
