The 5-minute rule that saves Columbus agents 10+ hours a week
Most agents I talk to in the Columbus market are losing entire evenings to the same three things: writing listing copy from scratch, chasing cold leads with no scoring system, and manually drafting follow-ups after every showing.
Here's the rule I built Arch City Agent OS around: if a task is repeatable, it should never take more than 5 minutes.
A few examples that changed how our members work:
Lead qualification: instead of a 15-minute discovery call with every inbound, a scored intake form sorts hot buyers from tire-kickers before you ever pick up the phone.
Listing copy: property details in, MLS-ready copy out. What used to take 30-45 minutes per listing now takes under 5.
Follow-ups: a pre-built sequence fires automatically after every showing, so no lead goes cold just because you got busy.
None of this replaces the agent — it just removes the busywork so you can spend more time actually showing homes and closing. If you're a Columbus-area agent drowning in admin work, this is exactly the problem we built for.
