I tracked every hour of my life for 14 days. Here's what I found.
I thought I was busy. Turns out I was just distracted.
Two weeks ago I started auditing my time — every hour, written down, no lying. Here's what the data showed:
4.5 hours/day on my phone doing absolutely nothing productive
2 hours/day "planning" that never turned into action
1.5 hours/day in recovery mode from staying up too late
That's 8 hours a day. Gone. Not to work. Not to growth. To noise.
So I built a system. Not a productivity hack. Not a morning routine YouTube video. A protocol.
A — Audit your time honestly.
R — Remove the traps.
E — Execute in focused blocks.
T — Train your body.
E — Evaluate before you sleep.
I'm 14 days into running this on myself. I'm not a coach. I'm not selling you a dream. I'm a 25-year-old man who realized he was wasting his own life and decided to rebuild the operating system.
I'm documenting the entire 30 days publicly. If you're in the same boat — stuck between knowing what to do and actually doing it — this might be for you.
The system is called The ARETE Protocol. I turned it into a 30-day tracker + 12-page manual.
If this hits, you know where to find it.
