This isn’t a course dump. Tim takes one niche from blank page to build plan, live on screen, and you do the same for yours right next to him:
Day 1 — FIND IT. Niche research the manual way: the criteria, the scoring sheet, and Tim picking his own Q4 niche start to finish.
Day 2 — BEND IT. Niche Bending, taught completely: turn a proven niche into a format nobody else is running (name, brand, thumbnails, titles, ideation).
Day 3 — OWN IT. Your first script, how the video actually gets made at your budget, and the exact hiring plan so the channel runs without you.
You leave with a validated niche, a format nobody else is running, and a week-by-week plan to be publishing before the Q4 window opens.
