Aslan Jewelry Atelier

This grouping consists of a pair of drop earrings. They are not identical, and they are not intended to be. Each piece was assembled by hand, allowing the specific weight and light-refraction of each bead to guide the final hang. The works are related by their shared palette of deep violets, obsidian blacks, and luminous pearls, tied together by a rhythmic movement of gold-toned hardware.

Process & intent
These pieces were crafted slowly, part of a personal making practice focused on the tactile joy of assembly. The process is intentionally non-industrial, prioritizing the “hand” of the maker over mechanical precision. While the materials remain constant across the pair, the sequence and spacing differ, ensuring that no two earrings—even within the same set—are exact copies. This duo reflects a philosophy of continuity over consistency: a shared aesthetic language expressed through two distinct voices.
