Example: A client was spending 6 hours/day manually categorizing support tickets and writing first responses. We built an n8n workflow that:

• Pulls new tickets via webhook

• Uses Claude to categorize priority + intent

• Drafts a personalized response

• Routes to the right team member

Result: 6 hours → 15 minutes of review.
