I automated 40+ hours of manual work per week using Claude Code and n8n. Here's the framework.
Most businesses are drowning in repetitive tasks — data entry, follow-ups, report generation, lead routing, content scheduling. They think the solution is hiring more people. It's not.
The solution is a self-hosted n8n instance connected to Claude Code.
Here's the framework I use for every automation:
Step 1: Audit — Track everything you do manually for 3 days. Write down each task, how long it takes, and how often you do it.
Step 2: Prioritize — Sort by (time × frequency). The top 5 are your automation targets.
Step 3: Build — Use n8n for the workflow orchestration and Claude Code for anything that needs intelligence — parsing unstructured data, writing responses, making decisions.
Example: A client was spending 6 hours/day manually categorizing support tickets and writing first responses. We built an n8n workflow that:
Pulls new tickets via webhook
Uses Claude to categorize priority + intent
Drafts a personalized response
Routes to the right team member
Result: 6 hours → 15 minutes of review.
That's one workflow. Most businesses have 10-20 of these opportunities sitting untouched.
Inside Auxo Velari, I share the exact workflows, templates, and tutorials to build these yourself — whether you're automating for your own business or building automations for clients.
