Property Acquisition Support Deposit is a USD 2,500 initial deposit toward the standard USD 5,000 acquisition support engagement.

The remaining USD 2,500 balance becomes payable after the written scope of work is confirmed.

Any success fee is separate and only applies after a completed acquisition under a signed engagement agreement.

We coordinate buyer-side acquisition support, negotiation coordination, due diligence coordination, transaction support and ownership registration coordination.

We do not hold or manage client funds. Property purchase funds are always transferred directly between buyers and sellers through official banking channels.
