How it works:

1. After checkout, fill in your venue details so we know what you pour and who you serve.
2. Week 1: we audit your current list and send a first draft.
3. Week 2: you mark what stays, what goes, and any house constraints.
4. Week 3: final menu plus tasting notes.
5. Every month after that: a seasonal refresh so the list never goes stale.

This is a done-for-you menu service, not a bottle shop. You keep buying from your usual distributors.
