Why I stopped buying kitchen stuff from big box stores
I got tired of replacing plastic kitchen tools every 6-12 months. Cheap bamboo boards that split, spatulas that melt, dish towels that fall apart in the wash. So I started sourcing pieces that are actually built to last — real acacia wood, organic cotton, sustainably harvested bamboo.
The math is simple: a $69 set that lasts 5+ years beats buying a $15 set every year. It's also just... less garbage in landfills.
Just launched Haven Home Market with a first set: a 6-piece bamboo & wood kitchen essentials bundle. If you're trying to declutter and stop replacing the same junk over and over, this is for you.
Happy to answer questions on sourcing/materials if anyone's curious.
