Trade Discussions – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trade Discussions is a monthly subscription product. Please read carefully before purchasing:

1. Monthly access: When you pay for a month, you get full access to Trade Discussions for that entire month.

2. No refunds for paid months used: If you pay for a month and use it, no refund will be issued for that month.

3. Cancellation & refund window:

   • If you renew for the next month and cancel within 5 days of the renewal date, you will get a refund and be removed from the programme immediately.

   • If you cancel after the 5-day period – e.g., on the 10th of June or any day after the 5th – you keep access until the end of that 30-day period. No refund will be issued for that month.

Examples:

• Renew for June on 1 June, cancel on 5 June → Refund processed, access removed.

• Renew for June on 1 June, cancel on 10 June → No refund, access stays active until 30 June.
