Here's the standard I run at Fresh cuts:

• Consultation: 30 seconds. What you want, what your hair will actually do.

• Wash or dampen. Clipper work. Scissor work where it matters.

• Clean neck, ears, and lineup. No extra charge for looking finished.

• You look in the mirror before you leave. If something's off, I fix it.

What it is not: a fade with a skin blend, a hot towel shave, or a 45-minute grooming session. Those are different services. I'll add them when the walk-in chair is humming.

Pay before you sit. Show the receipt. Walk out sharp.
