The lie that's keeping you stuck (and what to do instead)
There's a lie most women in their 20s believe:
"I'll figure out my purpose once I get my life together."
But here's the truth — you don't find clarity by waiting. You find it by moving. Imperfectly. Intentionally. One honest decision at a time.
I spent years waiting for some big moment of revelation. A sign. A feeling. Something to finally tell me who I was supposed to be. It never came that way.
What did come was this: small, uncomfortable steps. Journaling when I didn't feel like it. Having hard conversations. Letting go of identities that weren't mine to carry.
3 things that actually helped me get unstuck:
I stopped asking "What should I do?" and started asking "Who do I want to become?" — Purpose isn't a job title. It's a direction.
I found women who were honest about the process — Not highlight reels. Real women who admitted they were figuring it out too. That changed everything.
I treated growth like a practice, not an event — Small daily shifts compound. A 5-minute journal entry. A boundary you finally set. That IS the transformation.
If you're in your 20s or 30s and you feel like everyone else has it figured out except you — they don't. You're not behind. You're becoming.
That's exactly why I built Evolve Her. 🦋
