The part of animation nobody shows you
Everyone sees the final render. The smooth motion, the polished colors, the satisfying loop.
Nobody sees the 47 versions that came before it.
The janky first pass where the character's arm clips through their own head. The color palette that looked great in your head but turned into visual soup on screen. The moment at 2am where you accidentally delete a keyframe and your character's face melts into the void.
That's the stuff I find way more interesting than the final product — and it's what I'm sharing inside Behind the Frames.
Every week I'm posting raw process content from my animation projects. WIP videos, ugly first drafts, creative breakdowns, and the honest thought process behind decisions that either worked brilliantly or completely fell apart.
If you're into animation and you've ever wondered what the actual creative process looks like (not the curated TikTok version), this is for you.
