Hearback is a drop-in feedback and NPS widget you host yourself. Hotjar charges $32/month ($1,152 over 3 years) for surveys; Feedbackfish charges $29/month. Hearback is $29 once — the same floating button, emoji ratings, and NPS surveys, with every response landing in an inbox on your own server.

• One-line embed: self-contained JS + CSS in a shadow DOM, so your site’s styles never clash with the widget
• Feedback form: 1–5 emoji rating, Issue/Idea/Praise category, message, optional reply email
• NPS surveys: classic 0–10 with follow-up, shown once per visitor with a frequency cap enforced in browser and on server
