The 4 store tasks you should stop writing from scratch
If you run a Shopify, Amazon, or Etsy store, you already know the grind: every new SKU means another product description, another email, another support reply.
Most operators rewrite those from a blank page. That is the bottleneck.
Here is the split that actually saves hours:
1. Product descriptions
Do not start with "this product is high quality." Start with the buyer objection. Fit, shipping time, who it is for, what it is not. One prompt, one SKU, then reuse the structure.
2. Email
Abandoned cart, post-purchase, restock. Three emails cover most of the money. Write the skeleton once. Swap the product, keep the logic.
3. Support macros
"Where is my order," "wrong size," "how do I return this." If you are typing those by hand in 2026, you are paying a tax nobody asked you to pay.
4. Pricing copy
Not the number. The sentence next to the number. Why this bundle, why this compare-at, why this free-shipping threshold.
You do not need an engineering team for this. You need a repeatable prompt for each of those four jobs, then you run it every time a SKU drops.
That is the system I built AI Business Vault around. If you want the full playbook, both editions are on the page.
