Welcome. You're in the right place.

By Karen Clements, Founder of Dear Life

If you're reading this, you've just done something most people never do - you've chosen to actually understand your health rather than just hope for the best.

That matters more than you think.

I built the Biohackers Gateway because I kept having the same conversation. Someone would come to me frustrated - they'd seen their GP, they'd been told their results were normal and yet they still felt exhausted, foggy, unmotivated and off. They'd been down the rabbit hole of peptide research online and come out more confused than when they started.

What they needed wasn't more information, but the right information, explained properly, by someone who genuinely understands how all the pieces connect.

That's what this space is for.

What to expect inside the Gateway

Every week I'll be sharing what I'm reading, what I'm recommending and what I think is worth paying attention to in the world of peptides, bloodwork and health optimisation. Not trends or hype, but honest, education-first guidance from someone who has spent years at the intersection of hormones, longevity and advanced health thinking.

Here's our top resources already waiting for you inside:

The Dear Life Peptide Education Guide - a comprehensive breakdown of peptide categories, what each one does for your health, how it works and why it might be relevant to your health picture. This is the starting point for anyone who wants to understand peptides properly rather than just Google them.

The Dear Life Decoder - a custom GPT built specifically for this community. Ask it anything about peptides, bloodwork or health and it will break it down in plain language without the overwhelm.

Trusted practitioner referrals - people and clinics I have personally vetted and trust, so you know who to go to and not feel judged on asking about peptides and their accessibility.

A note on how I approach this

Everything inside the Biohackers Gateway is educational - I'm not here to prescribe, diagnose or tell you what to do. I'm here to make sure you understand your options, so that when you do speak to a practitioner, you walk in informed rather than overwhelmed.

My philosophy has always been education before intervention. This is a genuine belief that when people understand what's happening in their body, they make better decisions for themselves.

Normal isn't optimal and your body has a lot more to tell you than you've been shown.

Where to start

If you're brand new to all of this, start with the Peptide Education Guide. It'll give you the foundation you need to understand everything else that comes through here.

If you've already done some bloodwork and want to understand what it means, the Dear Life Decoder is a great starting point and if you want Karen's eyes directly on your results, the Traffic Light Report is where that happens.

If you're already deep in the biohacking world and you're here for the recommendations and the latest thinking - welcome. You're going to love what's coming.

One last thing

Thank you for being here. Whether you joined on day one or found your way here later, you're part of something I'm genuinely proud of building.

This community exists for people who refuse to settle for "normal" and for people who want to feel sharp, stable and resilient - not just alive.

See you in the next post.
