BizFlow

The desk for a small shop. Customers, orders, stock, and money in one place — instead of WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and notes.

How to run your first week in BizFlow

Three moves. That is the whole first week.

  1. Add what you sell — name and price. Stock can wait.

  2. Add the next person who messages you.

  3. Turn that message into an order, and mark whether they paid.

When someone is late on payment, open Messages, copy the reminder, send it on WhatsApp. When a product is low, restock it from Inventory. Do not build a second spreadsheet beside this.

The shop is not the spreadsheet

Most small shops I see are not missing software. They are missing one place that answers four questions:

Did they order.

Did they pay.

Is it still on the shelf.

Who have I not spoken to.

WhatsApp holds the conversation. A notebook holds the promise. A spreadsheet holds last month. None of them talk to each other, so you re-type the same name three times and still cannot say what you made this week.

BizFlow is that desk. An order is a customer, a product, and a payment status. Stock moves when you sell. Profit is money in minus money out. Templates you already meant to send live next to the unpaid list.

If you run a shop from your phone, start there. Not with a CRM. Not with an ERP. With the next order.
