STOP worrying so much about the scale.

If you are in a deficit you will be losing fat. If you are strength training consistently and getting protein in, you will be gaining muscle.

Base your journey off how you feel, how look in the mirror, and how your clothes fit.

The scale is just one metric that doesn’t always reflect what is actually happening.

“I can’t lose fat. I’ve tried everything, I do a ton of cardio I eat clean foods, I lift weights 3x a week”

Me - “have you been tracking your calories?”

“Nooo it takes to long and I don’t want to pay for an app”

Me - “literally no excuse is valid anymore. We have free AI that can track for you, give you FEEDBACK, and you just have to talk yo your phone and it will type it out for you”

Just track your calories.

If you don’t want to use AI. Pen and paper. Write it down and keep track based on the serving sizes.

The average step count of an individual in the US today is 3000 to 5000

If your goal is to lose fat your first step should be finding your maintenance calories

Your second step should be eating there for two weeks and track your weight.

Your third step should be walking at least 12,000 steps a day

Did you hit your step goal today?
