Boutique Posy Design Masterclass (founding-member draft)
This is the written handbook while filmed lessons are recorded. Treat it as founding-member copy. No customer results or testimonials are claimed yet.
Seasonal flower conditioning
Recut stems at an angle under water as soon as you get home.
Strip leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Use clean vessels and fresh water; recut every 2 days.
Cooler rooms and overnight hydration in a bucket extend vase life.
Stem spiral technique
Hold the first stem in your non-dominant hand.
Add the next stem at a slight diagonal so it crosses the first.
Keep turning the bunch in the same direction as you add stems.
Bind loosely, then recut all stems even before placing in the vase.
Five founding-member posy recipes
Use market or grocery flowers. Quantities are starting points, not proven studio recipes.
Cream daisy table posy — 7 daisies, 3 spray roses, a handful of eucalyptus.
Blush grocery bouquet remix — mixed mixed grocery bunch, remove filler, regroup by color, add spiral.
Herb kitchen centerpiece — 5 stems grocery mums, rosemary, mint, one lemon slice garnish on the rim.
Low bowl centerpiece — short stems, chicken wire or a tape grid, blooms facing out.
Single-stem bud trio — three bud vases, one statement bloom each, staggered heights.
Vase styling tips
Choose a vase about one-third the height of the finished stems.
Leave negative space; do not pack the neck.
Turn the arrangement and check from table height, not just standing.
Record short clips of each step for social. Replace this draft with hosted video when footage is ready.
