What happens when you let AI agents build your entire game?
Most people using AI in game dev are doing autocomplete on steroids — code suggestions, texture upscaling, maybe some dialogue generation.
That's not what I'm doing.
I'm building full multi-agent pipelines in Unreal Engine where crews of AI agents handle the entire dev cycle: designing levels, generating consistent content from shared lore, playtesting autonomously, balancing gameplay through adversarial simulation, and shipping production-ready builds.
One agent writes the GDD. Another stress-tests it. A crew generates world content via RAG pipelines. QA agents run thousands of playthroughs to find what's broken. A production agent connects all the pipes into a shipping build.
The human (me) is the creative director. The agents are the studio.
I've spent years as an illustrator and designer building iconic visuals for Web3 — now I'm channeling that same design sensibility into games that couldn't exist without autonomous AI systems.
First titles land August 2026. If you want to watch the process unfold in real time, the waitlist is open at Boxlord Omniverse.
