We don’t test, operate or open any system or appliance, climb onto roofs, or enter attics or crawlspaces. We give no opinion on the condition, performance or code compliance of the structure, foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC or mechanical systems, or appliances, and we provide no cost or repair estimates. Photos, video and any cosmetic finish list show only what was visible and accessible on the date and time they were taken. Concealed areas and later changes aren’t shown. If you’re buying or selling a property, hire a TREC-licensed inspector, and do it within any option period or other contract deadline. Licenses can be checked at trec.texas.gov.
