Need clean quantities before bid day? BPC Bid Desk delivers an Excel quantity sheet organized by CSI division plus marked-up PDFs of your plan set. Quantities only: you apply your own pricing and submit your own bid.
Cap: one building, up to 25 sheets / ~20,000 SF, one project at a time. Larger sets get a custom quote.
Plans & turnaround (from receipt of the full PDF plan set, not checkout):
- Standard $449: 5 business days
- Rush $629: 2 business days, subject to availability. If rush is unavailable, we offer standard or a refund.
What you get:
- Excel quantity sheet by CSI division (quantities, units, sheet references)
- Marked-up PDF plan set showing what was counted
Not included:
- Pricing, cost estimates, or bid prep
- MEP or civil/sitework unless quoted separately
- Design, engineering, code review, or stamped documents
- Field verification (quantities come only from what’s drawn)
- Hand-sketches or non-scaled plans
- Addenda or revisions after work starts (re-quoted)
