1. The picks aren't backed by anything repeatable. Gut-feel picks work in hot streaks and evaporate in cold ones. Members churn the second the streak ends because there's no system to point to — just vibes.

2. No trial, no funnel. Rooms that ask for a full month upfront with zero risk-free entry point convert at a fraction of the rate of rooms with a short trial. People need to see the pick sheet before they trust you with a card.

3. Pricing that doesn't match perceived value. Underpricing a genuinely good model-backed service kills margin and signals low quality. Overpricing with nothing to back it up kills conversion. You need the model AND the price to match.
