FOMC today! Some members caught the big sell off in the first 20 minutes of market open. I personally donโt like trading the morning of FOMC and prefer to wait for the actual statement and press conference at 2pm and 2:30pm EST. Up +$614.72 across 2 trading accounts today! Addressed no news Monday + FOMC week and us being within 3 ranges - premarket lows/highs, previous day lows/highs, and 15 min ORB low/high. Mentioned on stream how important it was to not trade until we broke above or below the range. Once we did, we capitalized on longs by alerted 2/3 green trades + 1 green scalp.

FRIDAYโS PROFITS up +$400 on 3 trading accounts! Pretty volatile in the first hour of PA. Mainly took quick base hits for 20-30 points ($40-60 per contract) on the red candle taps into EMAs. After we created a buffer for the day, sat on hands and waited for a breakout before ending with 1 more trade that hit for a total of 60 points for $120 per contract.

Stayed mentally resilient throughout the day trusting that once we broke out of the choppy range weโd have some follow thru. Todayโs bounce back was so much sweeter since yesterdayโs price action entailed a 500 point pop up that we were not able to capitalize on due to zero pullbacks for our entries so we were left with FOMO and only +$40 across all accounts

Ended today $1000+ green across all our trading accounts! Honestly did not expect to have a day like this today.
Great patience during the first 1hr 10min of chop, keeping size down and taking small wins where we could get them. Then hit for TWO 60pt moves to the upside once price action smoothed out.
Post CPI and post PPI gave us some aggressive chop that we encouraged the group to stay out of and hold cash.
