This tracker stops that chaos by creating a simple rule: every availability change gets logged the moment it comes in, with two confirmation boxes — one for the employee, one for the manager. The follow-up column auto-flags YES whenever a confirmation is missing or coverage isn't secured. No change is treated as finalised until both sides have confirmed.
Over time, you'll see which team members consistently give short notice, which shifts are most exposed, and what days your schedule is structurally fragile.
