If you travel often β whether for work, digital nomadism, or just vacations β your body pays the price. Stiffness, lower back pain, locked-up shouldersβ¦ We've all been there.
Here are 5 mobility exercises I do daily, no matter where I am in the world:
Drop into a deep squat, heels on the ground, back straight. Hold it. This is the best hip reset after a long flight.
No mat needed. Standing up, hands on knees, alternate between rounding and arching your back. Perfect between meetings.
Back against a wall, arms in "cactus" position. Slowly raise and lower. Your shoulders will thank you.
Seated on the floor, legs in 90/90 position, alternate sides. The ultimate anti-stiffness exercise for digital nomads.
Legs wide apart, lean forward, hands to the floor. Breathe deeply. The stretch that changes everything.

Consistency beats intensity. 10 minutes a day > 1 hour once a week.
I've put together my complete mobility and strength system for travelers in Carry-On Coach β a program built for people who move, literally and figuratively. πͺβοΈ
