Most "make money with AI" advice is garbage. Here's what's actually working right now for people starting from zero:

1. AI-generated lead magnets for local businesses

Use ChatGPT to write a free guide (e.g. "5 Ways Restaurants Lose Customers Online"). Email it to 20 local businesses with an offer to help. 3-5 will respond. Charge $200-500 to set up their basic online presence. Total time: 2 hours to create, 1 hour to send.

2. Notion template packs

Build 5-10 Notion templates using AI for a specific niche (fitness tracking, freelancer invoicing, job hunting). List them on Gumroad or Whop for $9-19 each. One viral TikTok showing the template in action = hundreds of sales.

3. AI content repurposing service

Take someone's long YouTube video, feed the transcript to AI, and turn it into 10 tweets, 3 LinkedIn posts, and an email newsletter. Charge $150/video. Creators are desperate for this.

The pattern: AI does 80% of the work. You do the last 20% (packaging, delivery, outreach). That's the whole game.

I break down exact templates and step-by-step workflows inside CashFlow AI. No fluff, just systems that print.
