Most AI image tools waste your first 20 generations

People treat image models like a slot machine. Type something vague, hit generate, hate it, repeat.

The generations that actually convert ads and product pages start with three constraints:

  • Subject: one thing. Not "a brand." A bottle, a face, a dashboard screenshot.

  • Lighting: name it. Studio softbox, noon sun, neon night. If you skip this, the model invents a mood you will not use.

  • Crop: 1:1, 4:5, or 16:9 before you generate. Resizing after the fact is how you get mush.

We built Caylimage around that loop. 7-day trial, then $5/month. If you cannot get a usable asset in a week, it is not the right tool.

Drop your worst prompt in the comments. I will rewrite it with those three constraints.

The 80/20 of support tickets nobody wants to admit

Most SaaS founders don't have a support problem. They have a sorting problem.

Open your last 50 tickets. Roughly 40 of them are the same five questions, password resets, "is this a bug or expected?", and people who didn't read the setup email. Those should never reach you.

The other 10 are the ones that change the product: a confused onboarding step, a billing edge case, a feature that almost works.

If you still read all 50, you don't need more headcount. You need a filter that closes the 40 and puts the 10 on your desk with a tag.

That's the job. Not a chatbot that pretends to be you. A triage layer that respects your time.

If you're pre-hire and still living in the inbox, steal this split: auto-close known FAQs, tag billing/bug/how-to, escalate anything with churn language. Review the auto-closes once a week, not once an hour.

You don't need a support hire at $8k MRR

Most SaaS founders hire support too early. You don't have a volume problem. You have the same 12 questions on repeat.

Write those 12 down. Put the answers next to them. That's 80% of your inbox.

Cayldesk is the version of that list that actually replies. $49/mo. Built for founders who still ship the product themselves.
