Your ads didn't fail. Your first 14 days did.
Most Whop communities I look at lose 30–40% of new members in month one. The owner usually blames the offer, the price, or the ads.
That is almost never the leak.
The leak is silence. Someone pays, joins, gets one welcome ping, then nothing until the card renews — or they cancel first. Day 3 they still don't know what to do. Day 7 they haven't hit a win. Day 14 they have already decided this was a mistake.
Three messages, sent on time, beat another $2k in ads:
• Day 3: one specific action, not a dump of links
• Day 7: proof they are in the right place (a result, a thread, a person)
• Day 14: a reason to stay that is not "trust the process"
If you cannot send those yourself every day, automate them. If someone starts the cancel flow, you need a ping before the subscription is gone.
Acquisition is expensive. The first two weeks are where that money either compounds or evaporates.
