Why most forex signal services fail their members (and what we do differently)
Most forex signal services send you an alert with just an entry price and a direction. That's not a trade plan — that's a guess with a timestamp.
Here's what actually matters in a signal:
1. Context before entry
Is this a trend continuation or a reversal? What session is it? What's the higher-timeframe bias? Without this, you're trading blindly.
2. A real stop loss
Not just "put your SL 20 pips below." Where's the actual invalidation point on the chart? That's where your stop goes.
3. A risk/reward that makes sense
If you're risking 30 pips to make 30 pips, the signal needs to win 60%+ of the time just to break even. Most services never talk about this.
At CityTradeAcademy, every signal comes with full context — entry, SL, TP, and the reasoning behind it. You learn while you earn.
