Subject: Application: Video Editor

Hi UpSunday team,

My name is Liam, and I’m a video editor working primarily with Adobe Premiere Pro. I edit short-form and promotional content, including pacing, cuts, transitions, music, subtitles, sound and visual polish.

Selected work:

I handled the editing, pacing, transitions, music and final assembly.

AI and workflow:

I use AI tools as support for ideas, planning and improving parts of the creative workflow, while the final editing decisions and assembly are completed by me in Premiere Pro.

I’m available for remote, project-based work and would be happy to work from your briefs and feedback.

My Portfolio:

Best,

Liam

Clipping is 100% free — here's how you get paid

Welcome to the Clipper Job Board 🎬

This board is free to join and free to submit to. Always. You will never be asked to pay to browse campaigns, submit a clip, or get considered for payout.

Here's how it works:

  1. Browse open campaigns posted here by brands running clip bounties.

  2. Create your clip following the campaign brief (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

  3. Submit it — no cost, no fee, no catch.

  4. Get paid instantly if your clip is accepted. Payouts come directly from the brand's funded bounty pool.

No accepted clip = no payment, but it also means you never pay us or the brand anything out of pocket. The brand funds the pool upfront — your only job is to make great clips and submit them.

Questions? Drop them here. Now go get clipping.

Why most clipping campaigns fail (and how the incentive structure fixes it)

Most brands that try "clipping" get burned once. Here's the pattern:

They pay clippers a flat fee upfront — regardless of whether the clip performs. Clippers grab the check, post low-effort content, and move on. The brand gets a folder of mediocre clips and no views.

The fix is simple: pay for performance, not participation.

That's the whole model behind pool-based clipping campaigns:

  • A brand funds a pool upfront (their full budget, locked and transparent)

  • Clippers submit clips against the brief

  • Only accepted submissions get paid out of the pool

  • The incentive is now 100% aligned — clippers only get paid when their clip is good enough to accept, so they compete on quality and virality, not volume

This is exactly why bounty-style campaigns outperform flat-fee UGC deals. No pay-to-post, no guaranteed checks for bad content — just a pool that pays out to whoever actually moves the needle.

We run these campaigns at JustClipped. If you're a brand, we'll set up and fund your pool. If you're a clipper, check the Clipper Job Board — open campaigns are posted there and anyone can submit.
