We’re looking for 3 to 5 high level short form editors to join a dedicated in-house editing team for a new client
The client is providing everything needed to edit including B roll, hooks, audio, fonts, text styles, references, and creative direction. Your job is to take those assets and turn them into polished short form clips that match the provided style
What you’ll be doing
• Editing short form clips for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Following the client’s exact creative direction
• Maintaining consistent quality, pacing, captions, hooks, and formatting
• Submitting finished clips for client review
No CPM, no retainer, no complicated payout system. You get paid per approved clip
We’re looking for editors who are fast, reliable, experienced with short form content, and able to closely replicate an established editing style
We’re only bringing on 3 to 5 editors, so we’re looking for people who can consistently deliver high quality work
