Stop paying per clip.

OpusClip and Submagic run in their cloud, cap your clips, and bill you every month forever — and your footage leaves your machine. ClipForge runs entirely on YOUR computer: drag in a folder of long videos and it returns a ranked library of post-ready shorts.

In one drag-and-drop batch, ClipForge:
• Splits by scene, silence, or target length
• Reframes to 9:16, 1:1, or 4:5 automatically
• Burns local captions (your audio never uploads anywhere)
• Stamps your logo, watermark, or brand overlay
• Ranks every variant by a hook pre-score so you post the best 3, not all 20

Why local wins:
✓ Unlimited — no caps, no metering
✓ Private — footage never leaves your PC
✓ Offline — works with the cable pulled
✓ One-time — pay once, $0 marginal cost

Who it’s for: Clippers, faceless-channel runners, UGC creators, and clipping agencies posting high volume on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

7-day refund if the tool doesn’t run on a supported Windows setup (Windows 10/11).
