2. Post volume, not perfection.

One polished clip a week loses to ten rough clips a day. The algorithm rewards frequency while you're building a track record. Polish comes after you know what hits.

3. Track what actually performs.

Most clippers never look at their own retention graphs. If you're not checking where viewers drop off, you're guessing forever instead of improving.

4. Get in front of the right people.

Creators and brands hire clippers from communities where they can actually see work, not cold DMs. Being visible in the right room matters more than being the most talented editor in an empty one.
